Tuscola Behavioral Health Systems continues to monitor the developing situation related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) event. TBHS team members are meeting consistently so we may assure you receive the most up to date information. One of our partner community mental health agencies, Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority is offering myStrength to you or to share with others. myStrength is a free and confidential mobile based application that provides updated content, personally tailored to provide support to adults, families and children with a wide array of resources to support overall mental health and wellness. myStrength is an evidenced based application that provides a variety of resources from videos to self-paced coaching for depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, healthy living and recovery, to name a few. MDHHS Information Hotline 888.535.6136 Public health and other experts will answer health-related questions about COVID-19. The team can also direct residents and providers to the right resources in their local communities and in other state government departments. The hotline will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Staff cannot provide individual clinical advice or a diagnosis through the hotline. If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19 and are symptomatic, call your health care provider. If you do not have a health care provider, call the nearest hospital.
